At ViralRise, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to ViralRise, you agree to this policy.
If you are not satisfied with ViralRise after your first payment, you may request a full refund of your initial charge within 7 days of your first payment. To request a refund, contact us at support@viralrise.app with your account email and reason for the refund request.
Rebill (recurring) charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service during a billing period, please contact us and we will review your case on an individual basis.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if we detect abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated subscription and refund cycles). Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
